Overview of Positions
CLM Services does business in five western states (California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada) under the names California Land Management, Northwest Land Management, Tahoe Recreation, Inyo Recreatiion, Sequoia Recreation, San Bernardino Recreation, Mount Hood Recreation, and White River Recreation. The company currently operates campgrounds and other outdoor recreation facilities for a wide variety of public agencies – including the US Forest Service, the Army Corps of Engineers, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Inyo County (CA), Washington State Parks, and the Cities of Mountain View and Palo Alto (in the San Francisco Bay Area).
The majority of the positions offered are Camp Host positions. These jobs are normally scheduled for 20 to 40 hours per week during the summer months. CLM Services' pay is above minimum wage in most locations and is extremely competitive within the industry. Camp sites are provided with almost all Camp Host positions. Most have partial hook ups (such as water and sewer) with a few also having electricity.
Most positions begin in May and run through the end of September. Other jobs – such as office workers, maintenance specialists, and Campground Managers – are also occasionally offered.

Bay Area of Northern California
In the San Francesco Bay Area, CLM Services employs a number of people year-round on both a part time and full time basis. The pay for these positions is higher than what is paid to Camp Hosts. Duties include janitorial maintenance, security, and public contact. All Bay Area employees must be registered with the State of California as a security guard.
